THE HOUR OF RECONCILIATION...!!!

Cowards go about killing innocent Nigerians over their anger against leadership at all levels in this country... This is transfer aggression which would only make things worse. If you a strong man invade the seat of power at all levels and leave police alone! They are humans with the same pains or grievances as yours, theirs is even worse because they can't speak out! They have families that love them and care for them and vice versa! They must have left home with some assurances on their return and now you have wasted & dashed that hope because they never returned home. Who are these unknown gunmen actually working for?  It's a pity that these unknown gunmen know the places where we have the greatest set of dullards in this country but would rather go about killing innocent Nigerians! We condemn this latest invasion of ETIM EKPO police station, the killings and destruction of property in totality! God is watching...!!

Nigeria is sleepwalking into war Punch Editorial Board

SLOWLY but steadily, Nigeria is sliding into war. Shortly after bandits slaughtered three of the kidnapped 23 undergraduates of Greenfield University, Kaduna, Wole Soyinka, a Nobel laureate, captured the moment explicitly in a statement entitled, ‘Endless Martyrdom of Youth.’ He said, “This nation is at war, yet we continue to pretend that these are mere birth-pangs of a glorious entity.” Seriously, Nigeria is on the brink of catastrophe because of the bloody violence that has ensnared it on the watch of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.). Soyinka’s perspective on the current “cowardly savagery” coincides with other notable voices, all calling on Buhari to seek help, review the impotent security system or return Nigeria to true federalism. But there is a sense of doom with Buhari in charge. The President has not shown the willpower to steer Nigeria out of violence. State failure is playing out extensively. Before the ink dried on Soyinka’s warning, the bandits, who d

HEALTH. Reasons Why Women Are To Stay Off S*x Till About six Weeks After Child delivery –Gynaecologist

It has been reported that an Obstetrics and Gynaecologist at the Federal Medical Centre, Ebute Meta, Dr. Kemi Windapo, has stated various reasons why a new mother is expected to stay off s*x until 6 weeks after childbirth. She noted that postpartum discharge, vaginal tears, fatigue, vaginal dryness, pain and low s*xual desire are some of the reasons that make it imperative for a new mother to wait for about 6 weeks before starting to have s*x. “If you had a vaginal tear that required surgical repair, you might need to wait longer,” Windapo said; warning that having s*x less than 6 weeks after childbirth, especially for women that had episiotomy, can increase the risk of uterine infection.   According to her, a new mother requires some time off to recover from the rigours of pregnancy and childbirth. Windapo, who disclosed this during an interview with media, also said a woman has to be physically and mentally ready before indulging in s*x.   “We usually say 6 weeks, but what we advise
